Foreclosure Help In Tucson
We are really close to losing our house due to auto problems. I am to the point where I can make the monthly payments now but it's a little late I guess. It all started when my car got impounded and ended up costing me $700 to get it out. Then the head gasket blew and had to get that fixed.

through our bankruptcy attorney, we have been trying to get Ocwen Mortgage and their attorneys, to send us a statement on what our mortgage arrearages are, so that we can make our payment. to date, they have not responded to either our attorney or us. If we don't make our payment, we will go into our fourth month due. We fell behind for several reasons;we helped our youngest daughter with her tuition, books and rent when she lost her scholarship. we needed to make major auto repairs on both our vehicles within a months time. lastly i needed to make minor home repairs(plumbing, electrical and appliances) over a three month span. Our situation has changed, we filed for bankruptcy in July, to stop foreclosure proceedings.
Wilshire Foreclosure Me and my wife had fallen into the trap 3 years ago when it used be World savings bank not letting us know what we are getting are selfs into. our loan officer or bank had never even given us the detail on what kind of loan we are getting which is a optional ARM mortgage, and our 3 three year anniversary is already up this year. It seems that all they wanted is our money in the beginning now that I think about it and never helped after that. Since then, we can only afford to pay the minimum payment and thank god we had help to put down a big payment on the house, so now our negative amortization is eating up all the down payment we had. We have build up about 23,000 in deferred interest on our house. We are scared because every year on our anniversary we get a letter that mortgage payment will increase by at least 100.00 dollars and we cannot afford to do this every year. I cannot say that were behind or late on payments because we do make the minimum payment everymonth, but there is going to be a point when we cannot afford it and we desperately want to do a loan modification, extend our years of term, or get a reduced principal balance on the loan. We want to get out of the ARM, and be able to afford our loan at the full principal and interest. We had gone into this toxic, pick a payment loan, because we cannot afford to even miss a payment even though some people say to miss a couple payments then they will consider a modify or MAP. Since my wife is the only one on the loan, she has been given the run around since march and we are getting fed up. we need help with a Wilshire Loan Modification

My husband and I are getting ready for a divorce. Neither one of us can afford the house alone and would hate to have a foreclosure affect our credit. If we can lower the payments to an acceptable amount so that he could stay in the home, we feel that foreclosure can be avoided. There are two mortgages on the home. One through Bank of America and the other through Green Tree. Tucson foreclosure program

My wife and I are in the divorce process we want to keep the house. She is living there and it is the primary residence for our two children. She is recieving child support from me on a monthly basis and is approximately half of the payments. She had only been working part time for over 2 years We want to keep the property and we are in need of a restructure. A real estate agent who was in charge of selling our home the previous year said he spoke to GMAC regarding our loan modification.. He advised me that there was really no benefit to me for the information he got from GMAC even though he did admit that gmac did not have all the facts due to it being such a new program. He is trying to convince us to short sell our home to one of his investors at an offer that is 40,000 lower than market value. Then he said that the investor will rent out the home to her at a little less than the original mortgage payment to begin with !!I think I am missing something here. I dont trust him.
