We are currently with Wells Fargo home mortgage. At this time I am unsure of the length of time we have been with them due to how often our mortgage has been transferred. We started the loan originally with First Merit in 2004. At this time we are 3 months behind on our mortgage. When we started having financial difficulties we were 2 months behind. At that time the loss mitigation dept. requested I fax them a hardship letter and our list of financial information. Once they started this process, they would not accept any monthly payments, only a payment in full for the back amount owed. Our information has now been under review for going on 5 weeks, and at this time we are currently 3 months behind due to the fact that they will not accept a payment from us. The reason we initially got behind on our payments was due to my husbands work situation. Ryan does construction for a living and for a period of about 2 to 3 months work was very slow. Ryan usually works an average of 45-55 hours per week, and at that time he was only working about 30-35 hours per week. In the past month work has picked back up and he has resumed his weekly amount of 45-55 hours. I want to take a moment to thank you for considering our case. We want to do whatever we can in order to get caught up and cut all this stress and upset from our lives. I look forward to hearing from you in the very near future.
Here is my situation. I am in ch 13 but fell behind on the payments.. Therefore the mortgage company will file to take them out the 13 and start foreclosure any day now. I am perhaps 3 months benhind, but there are more months in the 13. The amout I owe is about $230, I figure a MARKET VALUE is maybe $280 (house is assed as $340) I have owned the house for 16 years and love it..I have refiled several times.
