In July, I lost my job, fell behind on everything. I obtained employment, however, I was only making half the money I made When I originally purchased my property. My parents helped catch me up at that time. In May, because my income was short, I fell behind again. In July, I obtained employment making enough income to cover my mortgage payments. The work out department modified my loan and I had a new mortgage payment. This was final in August. In November, my rate adjusted and increased to an amount I could not afford. I fell behind and Countrywide would not take any of my payments because they were not the full amount. Today is March 29 and I called to check on my loan, it was submitted to the work out department on January and again on March. I was informed that my loan was now in foreclosure and there has not been a sell date set. I just want to know if anything can be done at this time. I can not refinance, my credit has taken a terrible hit during the past couple of years. I do want to keep the propert. My parents have made a big investment and it would break their hearts if I lost it. Is there anything you can do?
Countrywide is foreclosing and Has my first Mortgage.
Wilshire is foreclosing also. Has my 2nd. I am making enough to cover my loan with countrywide with my full time job, I recently started working part time and that covers my 2nd mortgage. I also have someone renting out my 2nd room for additional income.

I had fallen ill last year and was out of work for months. I had recently gone back to work but was behind on all bills. I had setup a
repayment plan with Countrywide, but the plan was canceled when my payment was 3 days late. they sent me back the payment. I have been in correspondence with them and they may be willing to to a remodification. I have $3500 available to put towards restoring the loan if you could broker the terms. The home needed a new water heater and furnace, which I have recently replaced in March. The cost was $7200, thus leaving me the $3500 to put toward the mortgage. My Monthly payments are $2600 (Taxes & Ins inc)
