Stop Foreclosure in Houston

We are behind because our electricity bill for the month of June was extremely high so we were only able to pay a third of what we owed. The second reason was that we were being charged for not having insurance and using there's. At the time, though, we had no idea that this was going on so we were subsequently paying higher amounts of money. When I did find this out I found out that I was so far into  my owing them money that i couldn't find my way out of the situation. Currently, I'm unsure of how much money I owe, but I can assure you that I can find out this piece of information as soon as it is possibly needed.

Stop Foreclosure in Texas
I bought my house in 2004 and within two months I lost my home.  Then I found another job but was not making enough money to pay my mortgage and in June 2005 I filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The payments on my home are still due and I had to add more onto my bankruptcy until I was hired to work in one of the local school districts here in Dallas, Texas. Once hired I had to wait a month before I received my first paycheck. This caused me to get behind on my mortgage yet again and this action gave my mortgage company ammunition to request the lift of stay. So then I Chase would not allow me to send in any payments until I was granted a loan modification. I paid $1904 down in April of 2006 and $1535.99month starting in June for the loan mod.  Received papers from Chase stating that his will be my monthly payment until 2024 when I payoff my 20 year note. I made my payments on time and at the end of August I receive a refund $341 from my escrow account for overpayment. Then within 2 weeks I received a letter from Chase stating that I didn't make my monthly mortgage payment in August. So I informed them yes I did and I have the receipt. They said that I only sent in $1535.99 when my monthly mortgage payments are $1879. I told them that my mortgage payment has never been this and the person on the phone said that my mortgage payment went up for the month of August only and in September it went back down to the $1535.99.  So Chase took part of my September payment and put it towards the money I sent in August and this in turn made me a month late.  I have been having trouble with them since.  This is why I am now still behind because then  Chase offered me a payment plan and I sent in the $1200 in May 2007 as the down payment and in June 2007 they sent it back to me.  In June and July 2007, I paid $1730 according to my repayment plan. My payment in August was late as I had to help my elderly and sickley parents place a down payment on a car because their old car is unfixable. My mother had a heart transplant in 1999 and her physicians are 3 hours away from Dallas. Now my mother needs a kidney transplant and my father who is a Vet of WWII has so many medical conditions and I could not risk losing my job because I am the only one who could take them to their doctor. So in September I wired in $3000.00 via western union and sent the reminder $398 via mail to cover my August and September payment. In October I called to check on things and Chase told me not to send in any payments because I am four months behind and I didn't send in $1800 for my down payment as stated on my contract and I informed Ms. Pee that my down payment is not for 1800 but for 1200 and you all sent it back to me. Then they said that they don\'t have this on my file. Chase asked me to fax them this so called contract because this was not in their system. I faxed them the contract and I didn't  hear from them until this month. Now I have not made a payment since October and i gave Chase my financial information yet again to apply for partial claim via HUD since I have a FHA note. I called Chase again several times this week and the lady stated that my case for home owner\'s assistance has been canceled because I didn't fax in the documents they wanted. I informed her yes I did and that I faxed them twice once on 11-16-07 and again when I was released from the hospital this month for emergency gall bladder surgery.  I faxed my papers again on 11-26-07 at 0941.  The respresenative then said that she will re-submit my application and to call Danielle Black again to go ahead with my application. So I called the new person on my case but no answer so I left a few messages.  I am a hardworking single mother of one trying to keep our  home. God know\'s it\'s not right what they are doing and have done to us.
My situation has not changed because Chase keeps going up on my mortgage so that it will become so difficult for me to pay that I will have to either surrender my home to them or foreclose on it.  I have worked to hard, and cried many tears to save my home. All I need is for someone out their to refinance my home and give me a clean plate to start over.  I have not missed nor have I ever been late with my bankruptcy payments. I have also been placing $25month in my new savings account to help me if something happens that is unexpected. Save my home from foreclosure in Texas

I was "down sized in Feb this year, first time ever, but thats how it is. Phillis is a school teacher and is going to have a long awaited kidney transplant this Friday the 18th at St. Lukes hospital in Houston. I have gone back to work general contracting on houses. We have had many expenses leading up to the transplant. Even with very good insurance, our out flow was greater than our income immediately after my layoff. We have been in this house for over 20 years and hate to think about losing it. Citi Financial is foreclosing
